Our Brand Safety Measures

App Review and Vetting

All publisher apps in our network undergo a thorough review process before being approved. We evaluate app content, user experience, and compliance with our policies.

Real-Time Content Analysis

We employ advanced technologies to analyze content context in real-time, ensuring that advertisements are placed in appropriate environments.

Category Exclusions

Advertisers can specify categories of content they wish to avoid, and our system ensures compliance with these preferences.

Keyword Blocking

We maintain comprehensive keyword blocklists to prevent ad placement near inappropriate content or topics.

URL and Domain Blocking

Advertisers and Perkox can block specific URLs or domains to ensure ads do not appear on certain properties.

Continuous Monitoring

Our team continuously monitors the network for policy violations and takes swift action when issues are identified.

Advertiser Controls

We provide advertisers with robust tools to control where their ads appear:

  • Contextual targeting options to align with suitable content
  • Blacklist capabilities for specific apps or categories
  • Whitelist options to restrict placement to approved inventory only
  • Sensitivity level adjustments based on brand requirements
  • Geographic and demographic targeting controls

Publisher Requirements

Publishers in our network must adhere to the following brand safety standards:

  • Maintain content that is appropriate for their target audience
  • Implement proper ad placement to avoid accidental clicks
  • Ensure ad viewability standards are met
  • Report any violations or concerns promptly
  • Cooperate with brand safety audits when requested

Incident Response

If a brand safety incident occurs, Perkox has a defined response protocol:

  1. Immediate suspension of ad serving to the affected inventory
  2. Investigation of the incident to determine root cause
  3. Notification to affected parties
  4. Implementation of corrective measures
  5. Follow-up review to prevent recurrence

Third-Party Verification

Perkox works with leading third-party brand safety verification partners to provide independent validation of our brand safety measures. These partnerships help ensure transparency and accountability in our brand safety practices.
