Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.
To protect your privacy and security, we will take steps to verify your identity before responding to your request. The verification process may require you to provide information that matches what we have on file about you.
We will respond to your request within 45 days of receiving it. If we require more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require the agent to provide proof of their authorization, and we may still need to verify your identity directly with you.
