Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

Transparency and Accountability Under EU Regulation 2022/2065

About the Digital Services Act

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is a comprehensive European Union regulation designed to create a safer digital space by protecting users' fundamental rights and establishing clear accountability obligations for digital service providers. Perkox is committed to full compliance with the DSA and maintaining transparency about our content moderation practices, terms of service enforcement, and algorithmic systems.

Our Role Under the DSA

Perkox operates as an intermediary platform that connects advertisers with publishers and end users. In this capacity, we facilitate the hosting and distribution of advertising content while maintaining appropriate content moderation systems to ensure compliance with applicable laws and our policies.

Content Moderation

Moderation Systems

Perkox employs a combination of automated systems and human review to moderate content in our network:

  • Automated Detection – AI-powered systems scan for prohibited content categories including malware, inappropriate imagery, and policy violations
  • Human Review – Our content moderation team reviews flagged content, handles appeals, and makes complex decisions
  • User Reporting – Users and partners can report concerning content for review

Prohibited Content

Content that is not allowed in our network includes:

  • Illegal content as defined by EU and applicable national laws
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Content promoting terrorism, violence, or hate speech
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery and child sexual abuse material
  • Content violating our Advertising Guidelines and Brand Safety Policy

Transparency Reporting

In accordance with the DSA, Perkox will publish annual transparency reports containing:
